Duties:
  • Answer phones, book conference rooms, greet clients and guests.
  • The candidate must be very professional.
  • This role is very client-facing and will be interacting with many high level executives as well as important clients.
  • Must be flexible as the Floater position covers 9-6PM shift for vacations, appointments and sick days.
  • Must be on time.
Attire:
  • Business-suits/blazers, slacks, skirts, sweater sets.
Job description:
  • Be familiar with tasks and procedures for all reception stations — provide coverage wherever needed, lunches
  • Confirm all video conference bookings.
  • Handle conference room scheduling calls when not covering another station at the CRS desk
  • Assist with email requests for conference room
  • Flexibility is important since this is a floater role.
Skills:
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a professional, outgoing phone presence.
  • Punctuality and professional appearance/demeanor are very important to this role.
  • Successful candidates will be flexible to variable working schedules and to working in different floors as needed for coverage.
  • They should also be comfortable with a large volume of repetitive tasks: booking conference rooms, creating visitor badges and logging guests in the visitor system.
Education:
  • High school degree required, college degree preferred.
