Be familiar with tasks and procedures for all reception stations — provide coverage wherever needed, lunches
Confirm all video conference bookings.
Handle conference room scheduling calls when not covering another station at the CRS desk
Assist with email requests for conference room
Flexibility is important since this is a floater role.
Skills:
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a professional, outgoing phone presence.
Punctuality and professional appearance/demeanor are very important to this role.
Successful candidates will be flexible to variable working schedules and to working in different floors as needed for coverage.
They should also be comfortable with a large volume of repetitive tasks: booking conference rooms, creating visitor badges and logging guests in the visitor system.
Education:
High school degree required, college degree preferred.
