Senior Trust Officer Job Description
Ensure seamless delivery of investment management services through coordinated efforts with the investment advisory firm
Interact with CEO, Board and Chairman to develop strategies to improve company performance, sales and profitability while maintaining and enhancing customer service
Maintain portfolio of customers and provide exceptional customer service, grow portfolio and develop new business to meet annual and individual sales goals.
Manage Trust Operations staff and ensure that customer transactions are processed accurately and timely and meet regulations.
Act as trust Compliance Officer responsible for overall department compliance with applicable law and regulations.
Senior Trust Officer Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field of study. Master s degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of management in Finance/Trust & Investment services industry with 5 years experience at executive level.
