Client Reporting Services (CR Services) is accountable for all aspects of our clients' reporting experience, including the provision of market leading client reporting and effective client query management. This BA contract position is located in Wilmington and is responsible for providing data and content analysis in support of CR Services' strategic initiatives. This position will report locally to senior management as well as the Amercias project management lead.
Skills:Work with functional SME's to assemble & centralize critical client reporting data in support of tactical change delivery
Work with central project teams in support of strategic change delivery
Execute & co-ordinate delivery of all relevant work packages
Perform analysis of client deliverables to identify improvements in process, content and delivery
Track projects and requirements through formal documentation.

Education:Business maturity with 1 – 3 years relevant professional BA
Proficiency in Microsoft office and excel and an aptitude for learning new applications.
Proven ability to define, review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommend solutions
Demonstrable experience successfully navigating change
Formal qualifications in Business Analysis (e.g. ISEB) and/or Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2) would be an advantage
Strong evidence of thought-leadership, change management and business process improvement
Proven success working independently in a global, matrixed environment
Attention to detail - risk and regulatory aware and responsive
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
