Our client is a private equity firm that specializes in acquiring software, data, and tech-enabled companies. The team works in conjunction with the clients and key portfolio company employees to help current and newly-acquired businesses strengthen their operations through the implementation of standardized, repeatable and proven processes and methodologies. Our client is searching for a Recruiting Consultant to perform full life-cycle recruitment. This candidate will be reporting to the head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate consulting talent and subject matter experts to meet the client's growth objectives. The role is responsible for screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for roles across all levels. Additionally, the successful candidate will work with leadership to identify hiring needs and scope roles.
Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership team to get a clear view on their strategic objectives and hiring needs • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility • Responsible for full recruiting cycle including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified entry-level to senior-level candidates. • Pre-screens all resumes received via traditional recruiting methods prior to presentation to manager; conduct phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to managers. • Documents actions by updating applicant tracking system in real time. • Prepares recruiting and hiring reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • Partners with HR generalists to provide superior candidate experience and seamless transition into new hire onboarding Requirements: • Proven working experience in recruiting with at least 3 years in a recruiter role and a track record of success in a high-performing processional services environment • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) • Client focus along with relationship building skills • Business acumen and market insight • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills • Integrity and confidentiality • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
