Short Term Contract

We are immediately hiring for a Human Resources Assistant for a contract/project with a growing client in Carrollton!

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with paperwork filing
  • Assist the VP of HR with internal recruiting coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding, employee files, benefit documents, etc 
  • Support the CFO and CEO as needed

Skills/Experience You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years of Adminstrative experience (i.e. receptionist, personal assistant, office manager, etc)
  • Experience with Human Resources/Benefits is preferred 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Recruiting coordination experience a plus
