We are working with a personal lender looking for multiple Collections Specialist. This role will be in office 4 days a week on Brickell (parking is paid for) and requires vaccination.

You will have a hourly plus OT plus commission compensation plan

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to collect on current & past due balances while making quality decisions for Fora Financial and our clients
• Is a high performer who drives strong results with effectiveness and efficiency
• Must be very confident on the phone making outbound collection calls and take incoming calls in a metrics driven environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a phone-based contact center environment working Credit/Collections, Billing, Sales and/or Customer Service
• Strong understanding of Collections processes and results driven
• Negotiation and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor Degree
