Job Description - Customer Service/Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist

  • Supports daily operations of commercial Bank. Responsible for the bank’s legal requests, chargeback processing, teller and safe deposit proofs.
  • Researches and prepares documents pertaining to legal subpoenas
  • Processes return deposited items daily (chargebacks)
  • Handles safe deposit and teller cash proof processing
  • Serves as backup for Regulation E processing
  • Responsible for file maintenance report review
  • Assists with Switchboard duty as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years related retail bank experience with knowledge of transacting systems preferred
  • Previous Regulation E processing experience preferred
  • Work independently with high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Identify, analyze, research and resolve problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum Associates; college degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
