Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and paperwork related to sales. Efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Prepare paperwork and follow up internally with various departments.
  • Maintain customer information in an organized fashion using the CRM database (SAP)
  • Communicate with existing customers on a regular basis. Provide an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Responsible for maintaining/controlling orders from placement to delivery to client.
  • Records and forwards checks, handles contracts for Senior Sale Executive, prepares presentations, types and proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Performs other duties as required.
