PMO - Compliance Optimization and Governance Analyst
This role will assist the Head of the Compliance Governance team in preparing presentations for various Governance forum meetings such as USRMC, RIMCC, RPC, US Compliance Risk Management Reporting and AMLCC Meetings.
The role involves gathering and analyzing information such as metrics and information regarding the status of the overall Consent Order, working with various contributors (i.e., Internal Audit, Risk Management, Metrics Team, PMO Team), in assessing the outlook and emerging risks that need to be reported to Executive Management, as an example.
Additional responsibilities include serving as the central point of contact for the maintenance and alignment of compliance policies and procedures with regulatory expectations and bank practices, including establishing baseline standards, coordinating periodic reviews and ensuring the timely escalation and resolution of any identified gaps.
The Consultant will report directly to the Head of the Governance team. Main responsibilities include preparing materials for the various Senior/Executive Management committees.
The consultant will maintain the compliance policy and procedure inventory, including management of the update cycle with policy and procedure owners and coordinate the review and update of policies and procedures, both on a periodic basis or as needed based on regulatory updates and supervisory or audit inputs, and coordinate the management approval process.
