The Senior Compliance Analyst works closely with the Compliance/ BSA Officer to administer the BSA/Anti-Money Laundering Program as well as the Consumer Regulatory Compliance Program and related procedures in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and applicable federal regulations.
Complete the BSA/AML/OFAC Risk Assessments.
Complete the annual ID Theft Risk Assessment.
Responsible for completing the annual privacy mailing.
Conduct ongoing research on new laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and assess the impact changes in laws and regulations.
Complete ongoing BSA investigations and prepare SARs as warranted.
Review and prepare Currency Transactions Report.
Complete quarterly high risk account reviews and report findings to the BSA Officer.
Perform a quarterly sample credit file documentation to assess quality of loan files
Review monthly KYC/CIP exception report and report findings to the BSA Officer.
Complete quarterly compliance monitoring.
Assist the Compliance/ BSA Officer is conducting risk assessments for new products and services.
Review new business accounts risk ratings for accuracy.
Investigate weekly system generated AML and Fraud alerts from Verafin.
Review individual customer account profiles in Verafin and adjust customer account activity thresholds appropriately.
Maintain the consumer complaint/ whistleblower log.
