My Client is seeking to add a temporary Administrative Assistant Associate to add to their team.
Duties: Provides routine administrative support for a department or administrative unit. Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments. Compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports for action by a superior.
The work requires an understanding of the recording process (client will teach that). The worker will call the county recorders across many states and complete a questionnaire about eRecording. The candidate will need to be able to answer any questions the county recorders have. This is a very new process (recording native digital documents) and they will need to be able to guide the county recorders to the best understanding so that they can give the most appropriate answer.
