A growing company in Elmont, NY is seeking an outstanding customer focused candidate with hospitality experience for their Client Experience Manager position. In this position you will be the primary point of contact with School Clients, responsible for coordinating the details for a successful events. Your mission is to promote customer loyalty, satisfaction, repeat business, and increased sales. Must be passionate about ensuring our customers have a remarkable experience.
Coordinate all picture day details from start to finish - to be sure that Picture Day goes smoothly.
Be primary point of contact for the School Client
Manage Picture Day Experience for the Client including
Communicate with account contact to confirm the details of upcoming scheduled events.
All Customer Communication
Resolve Customer Issues
Escalate Hot Issues to Manager
Gather pre-picture day information from accounts via company software program and confirmation calls.
Create Photographer Field Sheet
Create and Send new Agreement
Manage and track all work in Saleforce.com
Be responsive and helpful to the client to be sure they feel very well taken care of.
Rebook the client so they are signed up to work with us again next year.
Take initiative to resolve customer experience issues, in a customer-focused manner.
No travel is required. This is not a sales job.
Reports Directly to Client Services Manager
3 + Years Client/Customer Services Experience or Hospitality experience
Positive, up beat personality.
Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
