We have a privately owned technology firm that's looking to bring on additional customer service representatives into their compliance department.



Responsibilities:

• KYC and ID Verification
• Account Suspensions
• Payout Issues and they will be operating out of ZenDesk

Requirements:

• Experience in banking or a financial institution
• KYC experience
• Experience with account suspensions, user inquries, and a customer service background
• Tech savvy
• Proficient in Excel
