Payroll Administrator Job Description:

     
  •   Weekly/biweekly payroll processing
  •  
  •   Reconciling time and performing data entry.
  •  
  •   Establishing and implementing policies on such matters as garnishments and advancements
  •  
  •   Reconciliation of weekly activity to the general ledger to ensure balances are properly reflected.
  •  
  •   Develop auditing reports and other tools to ensure accurate payrolls.
  •  
  •   Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements to various jurisdictions as needed.
  •  
  •   Ensure compliance with current government regulations.
  •  
  •   Ensure accuracy of all one off payroll activities including Expatriates, Relocations, etc.
  •  
  •   Assist treasury with cash reconcilement for all payroll related accounts
  •  
  •   Recordation of accruals as needed.
  •  

 
  Payroll Administrator Experience/Skills/Requirements: 

     
  •   ADP
  •  
  •   Strong muli state reporting is required.
  •  

 
  Education: 

     
  •   College Degree
