Under the direction of the Central Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible to maintain the workflow of the department and the timely processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process incoming insurance correspondence into Agency Management System
Review incoming new business policy declarations for accuracy
Process requests for Policy Change, Evidence of Insurance etc.
Follow-up on outstanding premium payments via letter or outbound call
Handle incoming phone call into department phone queue
Process monthly department reports (i.e. Expiration Report, Download Report etc.)
Index and file processed documents in LibertyNet (Agency Imaging System)
High School diploma or GED
Six to twelve months of job experience in processing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Light to moderate phone experience
Good verbal & written communication skills
Basic personal computer skills and data entry skills
Ability to work in a team environment
