The Contract Recruiter works closely with the recruiting team and the key stakeholders in the business to define, develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to the business leaders. Working in collaboration with the HR team, this position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near-and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
” Sourcing, recruiting and hiring professionals across multiple geographies and functional teams. This role will support recruiting of top talent in Finance, Accounting, HR, and other functions as needed across both our US & Global leaders’ teams.

” Build consultative recruiting action plans to support a variety of business needs across different Business Unit verticals.
” Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand talent plans and build proactive recruiting strategies.
” Actively source passive talent for critical roles within our business.
” Coach hiring teams on recruiting insights to reflect current market trends. Become a market master in your space!
” Develops an effective pipeline of key talent as succession planning needs dictate and key hiring needs surface.
” Contribute to Talent related projects around systems, process and innovative technology to help build best practices around recruiting.
” Leads efforts to improve diversity in the workplace through recruitment strategy, and develops employer branding strategies to support recruitment efforts in the business
Education and Work Experience:
” Bachelor’s Degree is required
” At least 3-5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting; Preferably in a large, complex, global business
” Agency recruiting experience is preferred.
” Previous experience recruiting Corporate functions (Finance, Accounting, HR, etc) positions preferred.
” Experience recruiting a variety of different roles simultaneously, with comfortability to own up to 20 reqs at any given time
” Experienced with various ATS/CRM and Sourcing tools.
