Job Description - Sr. HR Business Partner

My Client is seeking to add a Sr. HR Business Partner to their team.


What You Need For This Role.

  • 7 plus years of HR Generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
  • Experience in compensation and benefits, employment law, performance management, and HRIS are required recruitment, selection, on/off-boarding
  • Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes is preferred


  • Strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and communications skills with solid and consistent performance, accuracy and reliability
  • Must be comfortable doing some Recruiting (but it is not going to be a amain focus of the position)
