Duties:



The Employee Engagement Program Manager is responsible for an organization's employee engagement strategy. Healthy engagement levels have been linked to turnover reduction and increased productivity.



Roles and responsibilities

  • This individual will have responsibility for developing strategies to improve engagement, and may manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
  • They will also work with leaders involved in promotion processes, talent acquisition, recruiting and onboarding.
  • Being analytical and having communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Including responsibilities with HR and internal employee communications shaping corporate culture.
  • These programs will be measured by employee pulse surveys and other methods for measuring engagement
  • There is a preference for these candidates to be located near the MTV office, but we are open to 100% remote for strong candidates.



Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience driving programs/projects
  • Being analytical and having communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Event planning experience is a nice to have.
  • Apply appropriate methodologies to programs and deliver on development, creative and operational excellence
  • Experience in developing high quality project/program management plan.
  • Ability to drive effective communications across all stakeholders, partners, team members to facilitate optimal collaboration and visibility, and accelerate decision-making on your programs.
  • Ability to identify, track and manage issues and risks consistently, transparently and accurately.
  • Be bold and take immediate action to mitigate or remove them effectively.
  • High energy and willing to work with cross functional teams
  • HR prior experience is a nice to have
