Job Description - Senior Front End Developer - REMOTE

TITLE: Senior Front End Developer

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000



An ICS healthcare client in Miami is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to completely overhaul the way development is performed company wide. You will work as a shared service across the organization leading by example and illustrating best practices in software engineering. This position will report directly to the CTO and this initiative is his biggest priority this year. You will be working on a new SAAS product set to go to market at the end of 2023. This product has aggressive deadlines, and your contribution will be critical to the success of that go live.



You will also be responsible for these key priorities:

• Re-platform
• Technology Modernization
• New Development

REACT is Strongly preferred but also willing to consider those stronger in Angular and willing to learn REACT.



Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and across Agile/Scrum teams to design, develop, test and deliver software solutions using REACTJS, REACT, HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript that can consume RESTful web services
• Perform software development on Front End Applications leveraging a test-driven development pattern
• Develops front-end application architecture and promote usage of front-end toolkits and frameworks most suitable for each project
• Builds mock data services to properly develop and test web applications
• Creates UI from wireframes, execute unit test code changes and perform code reviews.
• Work with a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Software Development, Mathematics or a related field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required
• 3+ years' experience as a software engineer using different programming languages such as Java, REACT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or Node.js
