$70,000 - $90,000 base range DOQ



Our client is looking to add an 8th person to their eCommerce Support division ( 4 separate teams ).  This specific group focuses on escalated customer (external) tickets from Web / eCommerce Support teams ( L2 level ) that primarily would be SAP application support tickets (ecommerce, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse modules, Process Integration, etc.).

• SQL Skills
  • The Web teams are primarily SQL based platform and will need to learn both environments to thoroughly understand and pull tickets
  • support of diagnosing incidents, evaluating system behavior, write SQL queries in SQL Server Studio; examine and draw insights from the results of those queries.
