JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

ICS, a Korn Ferry Company, is hiring a Junior Data Analyst who will focus on overall business data and reporting objectives, including building ingestion processes and Alteryx workflows. This is a Junior position with provided training and mentoring.



What You'll Do:

• Interact with new business units to collect, understand, and compile historical sales reporting data.
• Compile, review, and analyze data for gaps or suspicious trends.
• Apply appropriate mapping to data in preparation for upload to the data warehouse.
• Process monthly updates from various business units.
• Keep project trackers updated regularly.
• Recommend and refine methodologies to apply for increased data accuracy.
• Assist with validating data in dashboards and various reporting methods.
• Manage special projects and assist the Sales Operations team with ad-hoc requests.
• Meet deadlines with accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, validation, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Alteryx
  • Snowflake
  • SQL scripting
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA
• Willing to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets in a collaborative environment.
• Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
• Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand data.
