Duties:
 

 
Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization. Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. May oversees advertising, events and public relationships. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
 

 
Skills:

 
•   Global marketing automation experience
 
•   Experience managing multiple tools to create a customer experience or journey Experience marketing SaaS, apps or similar online or eCommerce services or products Ability to be nimble with evolving requirements and responsibilities
 
•   Comfortable speaking technically to different stakeholders: Analytics, Marketing, Martech, Finance
 
•   Strong problem solving and analytical skills
 
•   Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
 
•   Highly organized and detail oriented
 
•   Ability to manage multiple complex projects Solutions oriented, agile marketing mind-set Ability to explain and educate team members on how marketing automation works, and processes and timelines required to operationalize strategies
 
•   Confident articulating recommendations based on learnings, data and insights
 
•   Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in highly matrixed organization.
