IT HELP DESK SUPPORT - LEVEL 1
Location: Brickell, Miami FL
$50/hr
Miami-based Financial Services firm is seeking a bilingual(English/Spanish) IT Help Desk Support Technician L1, to provide on-site support (M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm)
What You'll Do:
Assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing events that adversely affect the network or employee computing environment
Identify recurring problems and work with MSP to implement changes in processes or configurations to resolve problems
Support the four office sections Display TVs and Conference systems.
Review and managed the firm’s Security Badge, and Access Control Systems
