Are you a seasoned payroll professional with 5+ years of experience and a passion for accuracy? Do you have a deep understanding of payroll regulations, garnishments, and benefits administration? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

At ICS, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will be responsible for checking timesheets, entering data into databases and spreadsheets, handling direct deposit requests, processing paper checks, and acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll. You will also be making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses, and commissions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of payroll processing experience and knowledge of Paycom. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
