Job Description - Consulting Services Lead

As a Consultant in the NY Office you will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Directly supporting head of U.S. Consulting across a variety of practice areas, focused on sales, delivery, and business development for digitization, emerging technology solutions, and regulation
  • Supporting client-facing activities while working under deadlines
  • Articulating complex ideas in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Documentation management, eDiscovery, and contract analysis through technological means (e.g. Seal, eBrevia, Kira, Eigen, Exari, etc.)

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Expert knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: electronic discovery, litigation support, business process consulting, records management, content management, email archiving, IT system management or business process integration
  • Experienced with managing projects and playing a central role in larger projects
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills
  • Deep technical familiarity with structured, unstructured, and semi-structured source data types, including images, email, text-based logs, loose physical files (text, audio, and video formats), team share sites, SWIFT transactions, network captures, and database tables
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware (physical and virtual) and storage solutions for enterprise
  • Must be able to scope resources, configure for optimal performance, and be comfortable working across multiple platforms
  • Thorough familiarity with Windows domain architecture and operating systems

  • Exceptional customer service orientation and drive and passion to execute client engagements successfully


  • Business, technical, and/or legal degrees/certifications, e.g., MBA, JD, CPA, PMI, ARMA, ACEDS, etc.
  • Experience working with clients in the mid- to large-size legal or financial services company
  • Significant business development and marketing experience to attorneys and corporate buyers
  • PowerPoint presentation and technical (Excel, Python, regular expression parsing in particular) skills
