TITLE: Help Desk Level II
Location: Chicago, Illinois - Onsite
The Help Desk Analyst II will be responsible for providing onsite, level II support. The Help Desk Analyst II will be responsible for desktop and equipment moves and troubleshooting both hadware and software issues on premise.
