The IT team provides support for all solutions that are utilized at the company across the United States and Canada, 9 offices total. This stimulating environment requires a great multi-tasker and communicator who will provide system and user level support of our Event Management & Association Management System (Ungerboeck). Additional duties will include the documentation of existing and new systems and business processes as well as to provide support of Web applications. Some occasional travel to support our regional offices with technology issues and/or upgrades and to assist with on-site show setup will also be required.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support, run and improve operational processes within association/event management software (Ungerboeck.)
Administration task and issues resolution related to the association/event management software (Ungerboeck.)
S/he will support and administer 3rd party solutions as well as websites that complement the Association/event Management System (Ungerboeck).
Writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for issues resolutions and reports creation purposes
Modify existing Crystal reports and to develop new reports by analyzing databases, data sources and structures.
Responsible for report development, report testing and report implementation
Liaise with managed services and vendors to ensure project execution and smooth operations
Support accounting systems and payment processing interactions
Support, maintain and modify internally developed applications and API's
Gather stakeholder requirements and come up with best solution that satisfy gathered requirement utilizing existing and new 3rd party softwares/packages and internal development
Create software applications in .Net and Java to bridge gaps between 3rd party applications and internally developed applications.
