UX DESIGN ENGINEER
Irving, TX /Remote
ICS is immediately hiring for two UX Designers to join a growing team responsible for B2B Product UX Development and Design. The UX Designers will translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, browser-based user interface solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
- Responsible for the development of web applications and components
- Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format
- Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
Skills/Experience You’ll Need:
- Experience in designing, marking up, developing the UI of responsive websites and web applications
- 2+ years of UX Design experience in an enterprise environment is required
- Front-end skills and some basic understanding of how back-end development works
- Solid markup skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, & SASS
- Experience with the following tools is preferred:
- Sketch
- Abstract
- Miro
- InVision
- Solid experience with full SDLC and package managers (Git, NPM)
- Solid experience with Angular JS, other JavaScript frameworks a plus
- Solid understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
