ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure, application development and maintenance of technologies used by the Company's sales and marketing divisions, including, but not limited to, web sites, content management systems,eCommerce tools and applications, marketing automation and reporting tools, as well as related and dependent systems and applications.
The manager will also be responsible for aligning marketing technology with Company strategy and execution goals and implementing cloud and on-premise solutions.
This includes requirements, design, integration, and administration of processes.
The candidate also will be responsible for the training, administration and change management.
The Manager will function as the lead in the automation of processes and help orchestrate development of solutions with consultants' help.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter who possesses a track record of willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and boundaries to deliver on project objectives.
The Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, and prioritize workload effectively.

< >Manage the teams and technical resources involved in design, development and maintenance of marketing technology systems and applicationsManage all technical aspects of marketing technology stack (Marketo, Sitecore, Drupal, Widen, etc.)Working with hosting providers, the Manager will be responsible for website hosting, domain management.Ensure sites and applications retain a 99.99% uptime.
