What You'll Do:
- Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking events
- Manage client relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
- Research the Minneapolis metro market and identify hiring and market trends
- Deliver exceptional customer service, remaining engaged with all clients throughout the entire sales and placement process
- Build a strong professional network that results in future business opportunities
- Collaborate with peers in the local branch as well as other branches across the US for additional sales tactics
- Demonstrate the importance of timely follow up with clients and internal staff making communication/transparency a top priority
- Remain a tech industry expert within the Minneapolis market for hiring
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of business development or recruiting experience preferably in a staffing agency
- Competitive and coach-able mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
