What You'll Do:

  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking events
  • Manage client relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
  • Research the Minneapolis metro market and identify hiring and market trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, remaining engaged with all clients throughout the entire sales and placement process
  • Build a strong professional network that results in future business opportunities
  • Collaborate with peers in the local branch as well as other branches across the US for additional sales tactics
  • Demonstrate the importance of timely follow up with clients and internal staff making communication/transparency a top priority
  • Remain a tech industry expert within the Minneapolis market for hiring



Skills/Experience You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of business development or recruiting experience preferably in a staffing agency
  • Competitive and coach-able mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
