Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for the hiring, development, mentoring and management of all internal recruiters in the branch. An important aspect of this position is taking new recruiters through the new hire training process, completing the training checklist, and preparing candidates for certification. The Recruitment Manager should display strong technical proficiency in their daily recruiting efforts and lead the team with a hands-on approach. Mastery of all recruiting tools used by the company is essential. You will be responsible for assisting the Regional Director with the management of end to end delivery on all open job orders. The management of open job orders requires assessing each job, assigning approved jobs to recruiters to be worked and holding those assigned accountable. A successful Recruitment Manager at ICS will support the company's operational excellence initiatives to ensure quality and policy compliance are followed. After the placement, Recruitment Managers are expected to oversee the management of strong consultant maintenance. By cultivating genuine relationships with our consultants on assignment, the Recruitment Manager will foster greater knowledge and satisfaction yielding greater account penetration.
