As a recruiter for ICS, you'll get to be that big deal.

Not only do you get to play the sleuth by initially identifying prime candidates, but you get to interview, screen, and, if they pass muster, ultimately present them for contract and permanent positions. You'll double as a partial job coach and guide for the candidate, providing a remarkable recruitment experience. You'll provide needed services to our clients to ensure the same. Think of yourself as Jerry Maguire for job seekers.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities

  • Seek out and stir up passive candidates through phone calls, emails, networking, Boolean internet searches and social media
  • Act as master decision maker to ensure only candidates that make a perfect fit with positions are submitted to clients for consideration
  • Build a solid, professional network with candidates and clients through ongoing engagement, delivery of exceptional service and, of course, your personal charm
  • Pump up those people skills to cultivate long-term relationships with organizations to catapult our brand into a household name (or at least a name professionals remember when they need recruiting)

Skills You Need

  • Competitive and performance-oriented nature which makes you grab onto goals without letting go until they're achieved
  • Highly energetic, with or without coffee
  • Strong attention to detail (you don't have to be a perfectionist, but if you are you'll fit right in)
  • Self-starter who can jump into action—we will provide the coaching, you need to take the ball and run with it
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to influencing key decision makers
  • Persistence and follow-up so superb it makes people's heads spin
  • Ability to write, speak and otherwise communicate with proper grammar and finesse

Qualifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree (must)
  • 2-5 years IT recruiting in a staffing agency
