As a recruiter for ICS, you'll get to be that big deal.
Not only do you get to play the sleuth by initially identifying prime candidates, but you get to interview, screen, and, if they pass muster, ultimately present them for contract and permanent positions. You'll double as a partial job coach and guide for the candidate, providing a remarkable recruitment experience. You'll provide needed services to our clients to ensure the same. Think of yourself as Jerry Maguire for job seekers.
