Job Description

As a Technical Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for full end-to-end recruitment and account management.  A successful Technical Recruiting Lead at Infinity Consulting Solutions is both a manager and a direct contributor, both recruiting on open roles while delegating job coverage and managing the recruiting process for a team. At ICS, our Technical Recruiting Leaders are critical to the growth of our business and providing the best experiences in the industry.



Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters in the Information Technology practice area
• Set goals for team and ensure targets are reached by both account managers for sales and recruiters for candidates
• Lead by example, prospecting and recruiting new candidates to build ICS brand awareness
• Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all candidates, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
• Actively sell against competitors
• Assist in training of recruiters on team in recruitment techniques and full-cycle recruitment
• Assist in training of recruiters on team in full-cycle recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years’ proven IT recruiting experience in a staffing agency
• Experience training and managing a team
